Just a few artsy things I managed time for (another is still sitting on the counter). I am "trying"(as best I can considering how much I have) to make a dent in all my ephemera...
Added a new layout in one of my Glue Books - the one with a children's theme. This little picture....
...is under the card to the left which makes the spread interactive. The girls are from an old Montgomery Ward Spring catalog...so are the fabric choices.
I have been wanting to use this ad for movers for some time - and then I found the stamp! Makes a neat ATC...
Just having some fun in this last piece. An ATC using up an old knitting pattern - that hand on the shoulder and the look on her face makes me laugh (can you say "awkward" LOL). Enjoy. Jewels.
Hello again
ReplyDeleteI think that I have been to Mr Turnbull's establishment! How lovely these are - I confess to being ignorant so I must ask what an ATC is and what might I use it for please?
Best wishes from across the ocean
Jenny
Love all of these, I can't pick a favourite (although I keep going back to the gluebook for another look so maybe it's that one). You have some fabulous ephemera, lady!

Jewels it must be making art in grade school (only prettier) at your house all the time!! That would be such a cool play date!! LOL Thanks for sharing what you love to do I love it!!! XOXO Love Fran.
ReplyDeleteI like the moving ATC. It's kinda like a stamp head for a truck. Glad you're finding some time for art.
ReplyDeleteThat is what I was aiming for Leslie! Didn't realize it was going to work till I put the stamp at the bottom and saw how it lined up!
DeleteThese are all so cute, Jewels!
ReplyDeleteOh what awesome ephemera you have Jewels...loving the children theme in your gluebook...Jan x
