Nice way to spend a Saturday...

..with friends I had not socialized with for awhile.
One of our Guild members put on a "red work" class though it was really about much more than that...
Leslie does such a nice job - a real fun instructor...

And some gorgeous examples for us to look at.
The class was intended to show us how to make this (a kit was included). Leslie provided lots of great tips and demonstrated different "tinting" techniques. I got so far with mine and have brought home to finish (I am DETERMINED not to let it become a UFO LOL).
I smuggled Mr. Darcy in who took it all in stride (what a funny little man)...

Nice to chat and catch up with everyone! Jewels

  2. It was a great class! And I was so glad you and Mr. D were there. He was a star pupil - what a great little doggie - no muss, no fuss, no bother and loved by all. Leslie is a wonderful teacher - well prepared and she gives a fun presentation. A great day for sure. Carol
